Cancellation & Refund policy
- For all products sold on asokapharma.com, we provide a 10 days replacement guarantee for any manufacturing defect or damage in the product at the time of delivery or within 10 days from the date of delivery and we shall send you a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
- For Replacements within 30 delivery days, please contact us provided on the website.
- Customers will get a new replacement product Within 2 to 15 working days, All India
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped/is under processing, Asoka Pharmaceuticals will refund the entire amount.
- If the cancellation is after your product has shipped/processing, you can do one of the following:
- If the product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, the customer will have to contact the support team and inform them with proof of purchase on Email ID : info@asokapharma.com
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 10-Day Replacement Guarantee above.
- In case of double payment for one product then, if the customer wants, the refund should be for one transaction.
- If the refund is initiated before the product is shipped/processing, then 100% amount will be refunded within 7 or 10 days.
